Any plan to provide support for ARM NEON assembling?

Similar utilities as AvxToNeon could help to transfer from avx instructions to neon using header files. Could neon be supported through similar ideas?

Thanks for your question, sorry for my slow reply!

At the moment I think something exactly like this would be out of scope for avo. But, I do want to add support for ARM #189 and we have also considered a vector abstraction #71 which has some similarities with what you're proposing.
