I am building my installer in mac os high sierra as x86

I am trying to install it in windows 10, and I am getting an error:

Could not write value VersionMinor to key \Product\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\InstallProperties Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Any hint?
