First of all thanks for this amazing tool! I discovered it via the latest ElabFTW community meeting.

I wanted to know if an official docker image is something you would like to plan?

This would be a big plus for pLannotate's self-hosting and avoid the problems associated with images from unknown sources (there is some pLannotate container from the community but the content is unknown).
