Ignore RSS "enclosure" child tags

Expected behavior

Ignore all child tags (text, nodes, ...) of the "enclosure" RSS tag to avoid generating errors in case of invalid RSS.

Actual behavior

Ignore only text child node.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Try to parse a RSS feed with media:* nodes in , like this one : https://sportauto.autojournal.fr/feed
