Can we create language-based listings ?

I would like to list some resources in French (I am sure may other languages can also be listed) to extend the reach of my product launches. Can we think of adding a readme.md for new languages ?

Sure - you could add a README_fr.MD if you have enough French sites.

I didn't have time for that yet (and I switched to other projects at the moment).
