Ttile. No matter where I put thing, they're still in their default positions.

Do you use a weapon mod?

they're still in their default in their default positions

after reloading a game? or restoring a save file?

Also, welcome to GitHub!

I've tried it with Project brutality. Tried reloading my save, resetting gearbox settings. Nothing helped. Gearbox didn't do anything at all. I tried it in vanilla without any mods as well and got the same results. I was using the latest Gzdoom build, and I have BFG edition wads if this may have something to do with it.

Works on my side: https://youtu.be/GTX-ItiTpG8 What am I doing differently?

latest Gzdoom build

Do you mean 4.6.1 or dev build?

I mean 4.6.1. And I am doing exactly as you are in the video. It displays that the pistol and the fist are in the same slot, but the game still handles it by default.

Go to Gearbox Options -> Behavior Options. Set Intercept next/previous weapon keys and Intercept slot keys to On. Does it help?

Well, Yes, but I don't really like going through extra clicks to select a weapon. Kind of defeats the purpose of having this mod installed in the first place.

Honestly, I didn't think that custom weapon order relies on intercepting keys, and I have forgot that intercepting keys is off by default.

I'll have to think if I can support selecting custom weapon order without intercepting keys. Cannot promise anything, we'll see.

Thanks for reporting!
