Steam 'recently played' not sticky

The issue

Recently played Steam games are not sticky between sessions. They display correctly within the session, but on closing and restarting Pegasus they are not retained. This behaviour was not occurring on Alpha 14 builds, but has been consistent since then.

There was mention of recently played as part of this ticket: https://github.com/mmatyas/pegasus-frontend/issues/814 but that seemed geared towards favorites (which are working correctly)
