folders and libs needed to add pkg command to mini mfsBSD?

Hello,

Although there does not seem to be a lot of support from the main developer, I am hoping that he will help with this one since I "think" that maybe it is just adding some directories to the mini "files" for inclusion.

I really need to find what is needed to allow the FreeBSD "pkg" command to be in the mini mfsBSD (27MB) build as I need to add a couple of additional packages.
