Remember history and all settings between application launches

I would like:

• URL field history,
• all the request settings,
• last response

..to be persistent between application launches. (Note that #81 is a subset of this.)

But I imagine that most user may not like this feature (otherwise it would already be implemented or there would be an issue for that with a lot of "+1"s at least), so perhaps this should be configurable and off by default.
