Add option to use flat lighting in pyrender.Viewer

  • Add flat kwarg to pyrender.Viewer.
  • Add keybind to toggle it (SHIFT+L).
  • Reword some documentation from "Toggles" to "Cycles" when concerned with more that two states.

Tested working in my environment.
