How to install it in win7 ? Does it need a VS installed firstly ?

I have not tried it in Win7 but it might just work. Did you try to run the msi from here

Sorry for reply late. I am interested in tring it in Win7. But the URL you supply is not available for me. Would you post another URL for download the .msi file ?

Firstly when I download .msi file from the URL, there is always a timeout error( That is why my last question. ).But I have download it successfully this morning. And I install it successfully in Win7. It worked perfect. Thank you for your excellent job ! BTW, how can I config the default CSS style ?

I don't have any support for setting default styles outside of whatever Outlook has by default.
