Setting LocksmithAccessibleOption.Always for reading data from background

Thank you for the great work. Since I had a deadline to catch today, I used this [Keychain wrapper](https://github.com/jrendel/SwiftKeychainWrapper) and changed the accessibility option in that code.

I have to manually bind hid_magicmouse to the device. hid-generic steals it at boot.
