Add a conate button

Your guide to install fibaro switch in moccamaster helped me very much when doing the same with a shelly flashed with esphome. I usually donate a tiny amount, just to show support (5$ or something). I did not find a dontate button, and not a way to say thanks. So here goes, thanks for sharing your project online, with good documentation. Have a great day!
