Can´t use it on ip camera

I can´t use it on ACTI ACM-1011 Ip camera. This camera uses the browser and operates using url commands. But in VLC i can entry the url and record video and snapshots. I have the following exception on module httpmjpegcapturesource.

SystemIO.FileNotFoundException can´t find the specified module.

I think it can´t understand the url i`m passing.
