Can you please let me know under which license this code is released? Is it permissible to use for commercial purposes?

Hi @tarunsk1998 , I am sorry for being not quite experienced in this topic, especially considering the paper is just a preprint and not published yet.

I am perfectly ok for people use this code for commercial purposes. But regarding the technical details for the licensing, I may need to consult my advisor. For now I suggest to use the code in anyways to your convenience and I will get back to this issue in a week.
