what frame are the coordinates of the centers of the calculated spheres expressed in?

I load an obj file in blender and then I add spheres based on the calculation result in blender too. However, the spheres cannot cover the original 3D model at all. But I find that the shape of the union of all the spheres are quite the same as that of the original 3D model. So, I guess there exist an Euclidian transformation between the reference frame of the calculated shperes and that of the original 3D model. Could you please provide the information of the transformation in the calculation output?

I'm unable to help here; perhaps try to contact the original author?
