Ripple and drop & Ripple edits accross all tracks at the end bug

Shotcut version 20.10.31

If you enable "Ripple and drop" and "Ripple edits accross all tracks" simultaneously and try to paste clip from clipboard at the end of project, then frame or two will be cut off from all other tracks. Bug exists in all Shotcut versions for long time.

I think this is because paste/insert pastes before the current frame (that will not be changed in general), and there is no way to play past the end of the last frame despite #952, which is mainly a timeline playhead cosmetic issue, the timecode does not go further. Maybe I need to add an exception that paste/insert on the last frame of the project acts like an append.
