normalize timeline info, subtitles fails... downgrade to 250125 release LINUX

Hi Dan... since the audio dependency "jack" was fixed, I've noticed things aren't maturing well...

It's wonderful that compatibility across projects is always maintained.

However, I've noticed something strange in the timeline... I simply move the cursor 11 times with the arrow keys to adjust it as I want, but I don't see the value "11" reflected.

The new release downloads the "Whisper" program perfectly, but it fails to read video; it doesn't generate subtitles.
