Is that still important? What does it exactly mean?

In some cases the execution of the objective function does not only depend on the function parameters, but additionally on some "instance". Example: the objective function is a black box optimizer O with a numeric parameter sigma. The execution also depends on the function O should optimize. We can close this for now. I have not time to do this at the moment.

i want to keep this open, this is probably the most important open direction we have at the moment
