Split up data depending on feature

Use PipeOpStratify.

Things to consider:

• Explicit output with defined channels as an option.
• Empty multiplicities don't work yet I believe, this needs to be repaired.
• option to drop the stratified column, so one doesn't need to add dropConstant to all outputs?
