Proposal: Extend Security Control Profile for Authentication Class in OCSF

I realize this doesn't solve your entire issue, but the `security_control` profile is now applicable to all OCSF event classes as of OCSF 1.4. https://github.com/ocsf/ocsf-schema/pull/1281
