阿里云盘upload时，经常出现0kb/s的情况，切换多家服务器都是如此

我也遇到这个问题，后来发现和网络无关，其实是上传中断后断点续传的逻辑有问题导致的，大文件容易中断，所以才会“大文件刚开始有速度 后面就越来越慢，然后0kb/s”，打开debug日志就可以看到报错 https://github.com/tickstep/aliyunpan/issues/466
