Tests are failing due to the same error as ReactionMechanismGenerator/RMG-Py#1682.

I have some new calculations which are pending, so I think it might be better to wait on merging this until everything is complete.

I think that is a very good idea. The individual image files used by the documentation and website are created/updated manually (mainly by me), and it's really annoying to do....
