protractor-jasmine2-screenshot-reporter does not report the after all errors

If any error occurs in the afterAll() section then it does not get shown in the report.

There are seriously no good/maintained testing libraries based off protractor are there.

@Benno007 yes this project is simply no longer a priority for me. If you feel like you would like to participate and improve things around here, feel free to submit a pull request.
