[Feature]: Create VPC endpoints in the AWS VPC

Describe the Feature

This feature would allow all the traffic to be routed inside of the VPC instead of going out and coming back in again. The code for the VPC endpoints can be found here in the VPC module.

Importance of the Feature

This is important to keep all the traffic inside of the AWS network instead of going out in the internet and coming back in again. It is important for security, and to reduce the egress costs.
