[Feature]: Setup minikube as local deployment type

Describe the Feature

Currently, we only allow users to deploy different MLOps stack applications on local machines using kind cluster. A lot of users use minikube, and hence it would be useful to add minikube as a local kubernetes provider

Importance of the Feature

This feature would allow us to cover users of minikube as well to deploy MLOps stack applications on their local machines.
