PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels

I am using the following hardware/software:

1. Macbook Pro with macOS Big Sur
2. Anaconda with Python 3.11
3. Intel Iris Pro GPU

While creating the conda environment, I am getting error mentioned in title. Can you please mention the recommended hardware and software configuration to run this code? Like which operating system did you use to create/run this code, specific version of Python etc.? I would appreciate if you please update your readme.

This is what I am getting. Probably these packages are not available for this OS/hardware architecture.
