This is a very far down the road feature. Someone was talking about this here (not related to Mlem specifically). I imagine we could have options to:

• Download a specified post.
• Download n pages of posts from a community or feed.
• Choose whether to download just the post content, or the comments too.
• Download automatically using background app refresh (is this possible?)
• Keep Saved posts downloaded.

We could have a "Downloaded" section below "Saved" in the feeds list that shows the user's downloaded content.

If the user downloads a post and then interacts with it whilst offline, we could even store the interaction and perform it later when the user comes back online.
