Follow Profiles on Clientside

The ability to follow user accounts on Lemmy.

It would have to implemented on the client-side as Lemmy currently does not support this feature.

Pressing the follow button on a user's account follows the same behaviour as subscribing to a community with the added bonus of notifying you of their recent activity in your inbox.
