Per feed sorting preferences

Introduction

I enjoy browsing certain communities by "new" instead of my default sort type "Top Six Hours". It would be great if those settings we saved per community/feed so I didn't have to change it every time I view the community.

Requirements

Each community and feed type persists its specific setting when the user changes it away from the default post sort setting.

Discussion

We should probably have a way to clear these settings as well.

Should this be stored per-account, or no? I'm leaning towards making it universal rather than per-account

Apollo had this off by default, Reddit mobile has this on by default.
