Description

Reported in Matrix.

Initial investigation shows that ApiClientError.cancelled is being thrown, triggering the rollback.

Peculiar that this only affects community blocks, and person blocks work fine.

I have concluded that this is not due to Community using SyntheticStateManager and Person using StateManager; with StateManager, Community still has this issue.

This appears to function as intended when blocking from a piefed instance
