Rename "tappable links" setting for clarity

"Tappable links" could be interpreted as "choose whether links can be tapped or not". Maybe something like "link footers" or "tap-friendly links" would be better?

When I first implemented this feature it was called "Easy-Tap Links," I'm not sure why that name got swapped out but I think it's still worth considering.
