@hansiemithun did you ever figure out what the issue was? I'm having the same issue and I can't figure out how ignore node_modules specifically `node_modules/prettier/index.js`
With [589](https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github/pull/589) and this functionality you would be pretty much be able to do the whole PR from VS code!
@austin43 any luck with the pnpm implementation?
