N & N-1 generation for CI/CD

Per group meeting decision, we need enable latest generation as well as generation before last in the CI/CD @freedomtan @Mostelk @mohitmundhragithub please provide latest 2 SOC versions you wish to test @anhappdev please check if Browser stack supports older devices, e.g. for Samsung Exynos, S24, and S22?

@Mostelk @freedomtan I just discovered this one. https://www.browserstack.com/private-devices They launched it recently. It's exactly what we need.

Given we have this comprehensive test on BrowserStack, we can test this test again before every release, rather than every pull request.
