[CK legacy] "ck reply experiment" doesn't fix dependencies when using "variations"

If we recorded experiments during "ck benchmark program --record" and we used "variations" to install related CK packages, then when we try to reply recorded experiment, CK will not install fixed dependencies but will still ask a user to select different packages and variations.

This behavior seems to be wrong and should be checked/fixed.

I have a feeling that tags from variations are not recorded to the meta information about dependencies in the experiment entry.
