[FEATURE] Add tensorboard support

Tensorboard allows to monitor training in a handy way - user-friendly web UI shows loss / metrics / confusion matrix plots in realtime.
Describe the solution you'd like
Actually, for Tensorboard integration we need just to write training logs in a standard Tensorboard format. Having that, user can run a local tensorboard UI pointing to these logs.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another possible option is to implement integration with wandb, that is even more handy for experiments tracking / training monitoring. The only disadvantage is wandb is cloud-based, that may not be appropriate for most of researchers in health industry...

This would be fantastic! Another alternative I would propose would be tensorboardX. Unfortunately, cloud-based solutions (wandb, neptune, ...) are not going to be a good solution because of the exactly reason you mention.
