Add Hugging Face Hub integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sharing pretrained GaNDLF models with the ML community is difficult but important for collaboration and open science.

Describe the solution you'd like Hugging Face Hub is a great option for sharing models, so a native integration with the HF Hub would make sharing and loading models easy.
