Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Stain variation is a phenomenon observed when distinct institutions for pathology stain tissue slides that exhibit similar but not identical colour appearance. Due to this colour shift between institutions, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) trained with images from one institution fail to generalize or often underperform on unseen images from the other institutions.

Describe the solution you'd like One of the ways to simulate this stain variation is by creating augmentations that alter the Haematoxylin, Eosin and DAB channel of the image and changing intensities accordingly.

Describe alternatives you've considered Deriving the solution from the given paper : https://arxiv.org/pdf/1902.06543.pdf
