Status of stellarscope

I hope all is going well on your side. Thank you for creating this awesome tool! Telescope has been invaluable in some of our projects.

I just have a really quick question related to the status of STELLARscope. In previous issues (#32, #40, #41), I can see that you mention a new tool specifically designed for single-cell datasets, STELLARscope. I am just wondering what is the status of this tool. Is it close to completion? I am sorry for bugging you, and there is no rush! I am just excited to try it out with some new single-cell datasets.

One last question, since the sc subcommand has been removed, should we use one of the older version(s) of telescope to process single-cell datasets? Are there any notable reasons/issues that would prevent a user from using the older version of the tool? Should the results of STELLARscope be pretty similar to older versions of telescope with the sc subcommand?
