[DatePicker] - Date Picker unable to select year

Description

Currently there is no way to select a year. This makes picking a birthday very difficult. More difficult the older you're :(

I think the DatePickerHeader should add control to pick a much earlier year. Example for inspiration: https://eonasdan.github.io/bootstrap-datetimepicker/

Alternatively allow text input to be editable as an escape hatch.
