Value is jumping up and down

Hey, first I wanna say I love your product, thank you for publishing it!

I am having an issue with it though. When I assembled it yesterday it seemed to work just fine, when calibrating the sensor, the liquid the sensor came with showed a pH of 4.44

I then printed a Case and put everything in there. I then went to calibrate it again (because I am sure i must have turned the potentiometer a bit when putting it all in the case) but suddenly the values started jumping up and down.

instead of staying, for example, at 4.44, it jumped up and down, randomly from 4.09 up to 4.51. When testing further, the inaccuracy even went up to jumping up and down 1 full pH.

As I think you know more about the whole thing than I do, I wanted to ask, if you have any idea what could be the cause of this. I first thought maybe the Probe has gone bad, but even without having the prove attached, the values are all over the place, as seen here:

The electronics did not get moved at all while those values jumped all over the place.
