Address #206 , adds a Lake scenario. Based on Lago Llanquihue, Chile

Maybe one more water tile where the cursor is in the screenshots, and maybe also 2 tiles SW from there? I find there "rabbit ears" a bit distracting 😄

I think there could also be one flat tiles in the hills to break it up a bit. And maybe 2-3 hill tiles on the plains around the initial warehouse?
