Load examples/ folder

I was thinking that a good (easy) way to make things more sharable would be to load the entire examples/ folder into the drop-down. Here, we'd take out the kruft leaving 5tip.eg.out, bayarea.eg.out and flu.phw. (We should decide on a file naming convention, if you wan to stick with .out that's fine) Then, other folks can fork the repo and drop their own examples in. This will work locally as well as posted online (to gh-pages or to an independent website).
