Add peek commands

Add peek commands to ntpbclient to read the contents of memory at a specified address.

In particular, implement commands to peek byte, halfword, word, doubleword, quadword, and float:

• peekb
• peekh
• peekw (same as peek)
• peekd
• peekq
• peekf
