Support for building and sending raw UDP packets on Linux?

Does this version of Rocksaw support building and sending raw UDP packets? I'm reading the code and I haven't learned enough to determine this yet.

I need to build and broadcast packets to multicast for a simulator, but I have a requirement that I need to be able to override the source address.
