document the posenet options

Currently there is a link out to the posenet repo to view the options. It would be better if it appeared here as that way people don't overlook those options -they can have a big impact on speed and accuracy.

Agreed! @mayaman are you interested in tackling this as part of the PoseNet work you are doing? I suppose I could move this issue to ml5-website?

Yes! I think it would make sense to move this to ml5-website and I can handle that with the other PoseNet work I'm doing.
