Strange behavior with the Denon X1300W

On first installation, everything went smoothly: total and immediate control of the amp.

Then, after a few weeks, the application couldn't find the amp (which hadn't changed IP), whereas the Denon application could.

I reinstalled, deleting the cache, and it worked again ... but only for a few days.

Now, even reinstalling with the cache cleaned doesn't work. I am available to help...
