[Bug] unrecognized command-line option "-municode"

Hello, I'm trying to compile this port. However, when I try to compile it, it says unrecognized command-line option "-municode", did you mean "-Wunicode"? Why is this, and how do I fix this?

Also, when I try to install the CIA on my New 2DS XL using FBI, it says Cert signature or hash check failed. How do I fix that?
