This is not planned, sorry to say. At the very least not for the initial release.
It's basically using waveform area as envelope editor, separately for amplitude and pitch, and updates waveform display accordingly. Makes sense in a simple kickdrum synthesizer. Things get quite a lot...
The feature doesn't make sense if the actual envelope editor is not overlaid over the sample. Location matters in this case. If it were to modify the waveform based on...
With MSEG, it would probably make more sense to draw the waveform of the leader zone faintly in the background, rather than hijack the Sample Editor view for this completely...

Nah haven't written anything on KvR about this.
Apart from undoing the loaded patch then redoing, I guess.
I kinda think this should be a mode on the tuning control itself. Right-click set to ratio mode. goes from 1/16 to 16x. Done.
I think the UI room is too tight for that here. Right-click set to Ratio mode and the second value edit appears to the left, that should be fine tho....
You can then finetune at sample level? I think this is a perfectly acceptable compromise.
