mastercomfig doesn t work

when i download mastercomfig and put it in my cfg file the settings didnt apply and everything stays to default

go to launch options and set dxlevel to 95 (-dxlevel 95) then download this and replace it with ur bad gfx: https://mega.nz/#!XThHXKaR!AJNwE5Dq0UmWCKRUvt9OQTe19DbhBBF6vSswwxt-7Ns (this is maxperformance btw)
